Do your presentations pass director-level scrutiny?
My Director on Demand gives you a rigorous, tailored AI prompt that reviews your presentation the way a demanding board director would, but before you deliver it.

One-time payment: $97
THE PROBLEM
Many presentations don’t survive serious scrutiny.
Not because the thinking is wrong. Because it isn’t communicated in a way that gives senior leaders – directors, investors, and executives – what they need to say yes.
The logic isn’t visible. The numbers aren’t stress-tested. The ask isn’t clear. The narrative doesn’t hold.
And by the time you find out, it’s too late.
〉You’ve spent weeks drafting but still haven’t nailed the presentation.
〉The audience can’t tell what they are being asked to do.
〉The financials are there but the assumptions haven’t been challenged
〉You don’t know what directors will push back on until too late.
〉The executive summary doesn’t accurately summarise the message
〉You suspect your draft doesn’t cut it and need advice.
THE SOLUTION
A director in your corner before you walk into the room.
My Director on Demand is a structured, eight-question tool that builds a tailored AI review prompt. It’s calibrated to your sector, your audience, and the decision you’re asking for.
Take that prompt into Claude, Copilot, or ChatGPT, attach your draft, and get back the kind of frank, specific, senior-level feedback that most people only get if they’re lucky enough to know a director personally.
You don’t have to be presenting to the board for this to matter.
At McKinsey, we called it being CEO-ready.
Whatever your audience, your thinking should hold up at that level.
HOW IT WORKS
Four steps. Under 10 minutes.
No learning curve. Just a prompt that works.
1
Answer specific questions about your presentation
Sector, audience, presentation type, what you’re asking them to do, where you are in the drafting process, and which pressures are live. Each answer sharpens the prompt.
2
Copy the tailored prompt
My Director on Demand generates a rigorous, personalised review prompt based on your answers.
3
Paste it into your corporate AI tool and attach your draft
My Director on Demand works with Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or any AI tool your organisation uses. Attach your draft as a PDF, PowerPoint or Word doc alongside the prompt.
4
Get immediate director-level feedback
Use the detailed review and prioritised action list to rework your draft. Come back again to do a final check to be sure you haven’t missed anything.

WHO BUILT THIS
Clarity First founder Davina Stanley built My Director on Demand for you.
McKinsey trained. Minto-certified. Thirty years helping executives communicate at the highest level.
Davina trained at McKinsey and Company, where CEO-ready communication wasn’t a nice-to-have. It was the baseline.
Every document, every presentation, every recommendation had to hold up to rigorous senior scrutiny before it went anywhere near a client.
Her training was personally reviewed by Barbara Minto, creator of the Pyramid Principle, the structured thinking methodology used by the world’s leading consulting firms and organisations.
The seven review dimensions in this tool are not generic. They reflect the standards that senior decision-makers actually apply when they read your work. Whether they tell you so or not.

QUESTIONS
What people usually ask.
♦
Do I need to use a specific AI tool?
No. MDOD generates a prompt you copy and paste into whichever AI tool you already use. That might be Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or any other. No new subscriptions are required. Use whichever AI tool your organisation provides for you.
♦
Is my document secure?
You upload your document directly into your own AI tool of choice. The security and confidentiality of your document are governed by whichever AI tool you use. If your organisation has an enterprise version of Copilot or Claude, your document stays within your organisation’s environment. Your presentation never touches this tool or any server associated with it.
♦
Do I need to be presenting to the board for this to be useful?
Not at all. MDOD assumes that your thinking should hold up to director-level scrutiny regardless of who your actual audience is. Whether you are presenting to a steering committee, an executive leadership team, external investors, or customers, the same rigour applies. Higher standards produce better outcomes at every level.
♦
What types of presentations does it cover?
Strategic initiatives, capital investments, M&A proposals, operating model changes, technology investments, regulatory responses, performance reviews, and more. The tool covers nine industry sectors and both internal and external audiences, including boards, C-suite, investment committees, customers, prospects, and external investors.
♦
Will it review other kinds of communication, or only PowerPoint?
MDOD can review any important communication in any format. It will review your one-page message map, your whole PowerPoint or a Word doc. It would even review an important email.
♦
How many times can I use it?
Unlimited. One payment gives you ongoing access to run the tool on as many presentations as you need. Many users run it multiple times on the same presentation. They might use it once at draft stage and again before the final version.
♦
Will I get the latest upgrades?
Yes. AI is moving so quickly that we need to keep the tool up to date. You will receive the latest versions as soon as we finalise them.
♦
Will it just tell me everything is great?
Not if the prompt is doing its job. The tool is specifically designed to instruct the AI to be frank, specific, and demanding. It aims to surface the weaknesses a real director would push back on, not to validate what you have already written. The quality of the output depends on how honestly you answer the eight questions and how capable your chosen AI tool is.
