HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO COMPLETE THE PROGRAM?

This will vary depending upon how much time you invest in the program.

Our observations are that people come and go as their work and life schedules allow, so it is hard to predict.

Having said that, three months will enable you to cover the basics at a steady clip, six will give you a strong foundation and a year of fairly regular attention will see your communication transform.

WHAT DIFFERENCE WILL CLARITY FIRST MAKE

If you are anything like our other clients, you will spend less time creating shorter, more impactful communication.

You are also more likely to be promoted as your good ideas get the visibility they deserve.

This is because you know how to clarify and communicate the breakthrough ideas lurking below the surface that your audience currently struggles to find.

You will also spend radically less time getting the outcomes you need, whether that be approvals from senior leaders or the right tasks being completed by your team, or another of your objectives.

WHAT IS DIFFERENT ABOUT CLARITY FIRST TO OTHER COMMUNICATION PROGRAMS?

Clarity First provides a ‘go to’ framework that helps you clarify your thinking before communicating in any situation.

We see good communication as an outcome of clear thinking, rather than the other way around.

The communication itself is not the be-all, rather the ‘be-all’ is the impact you have.

We are delighted when you work through our process and realise you do not need to communicate at all.

This happens more often than you might expect.

What support do you offer?

We offer regular live challenge sessions for all members where we work through a challenge together. These are typically held twice each month at times that suit almost any time zones.

We offer extra sessions to members of the Sprint Program. This involves five interactive sessions that go more deeply into each area and help you apply the ideas in practice. These are available all year round via recording and twice each year live.

Once you graduate from the Sprint Program you are welcomed into Momentum.

This is a more advanced program where we work together in smaller groups to build live pieces of communication together.

What tools do you provide?

We offer a range of tools including blank storyline templates, sample documents in both word and PowerPoint and other templates and guides to help you implement The So What Strategy easily in your work.

Why three LEVELS?

This enables us to tailor our live and recorded materials to suit your learning stage.

Those in the Core Program want to understand the concepts and start using them straight away.

Sprint Members are ready to take the ideas to new heights as they apply the ideas across varied settings.

Momentum Members are working toward making communication a distinctive capability, and so want to stress test the approach in ways that others are not yet ready to do.
