Maintain your momentum

It is one thing to know how to do something.
It is quite another to do it well. It is yet another to help others.

The Momentum Program is for a select group of
team leaders, champions and coaches
who want to master storylining.

Build your storylining skills
with collaborative and motivated peers

  • Have greater impact in your role
  • Prepare communication that is endorsed with minimal changes
  • Provide fast, effective feedback to team members
  • Earn a powerful ROI on your coaching efforts
  • Facilitate storylining sessions with confidence

5 recorded group sessions per semester

  • 5 x monthly 90-minute recorded coaching sessions facilitated by me. These are held at 12 noon Sydney time on the 2nd Wednesday of the month (Aug 14, Sep 11, Oct 9, Nov 13 and Dec 11)
  • 5 x monthly 60-minute small-group working sessions. These 4-5 person collaborative working groups help you stay focused and get the most out of storylining. I will facilitate the first one and then provide structure and guidance for future group-managed sessions. These are held at 12 noon Sydney time on Wednesdays: Aug 21, Sept 25, Oct 23, Nov 27, Dec 18.
  • Refine real-life storylines as part of an interactive group (you can submit your own sanitised versions for feedback, or collaborate with other participants on theirs)
  • Submit questions and receive answers directly from me. I will answer as many as possible during the coaching session and record answers to others separately.

Access to a private group portal

  • Recordings of the group sessions for the current group as well as previous cohorts
  • A growing set of storylining FAQs covering most commonly asked questions
  • An extensive resources library including blank storyline templates, editable PowerPoint decks based on our seven storyline patterns
  • Bonus modules covering common issues such as communicating options stories, business cases, updates, and more

Life-long access to other resources

  • 6 x emails offering lifelong access to short, practical videos recapping storylining theory as well as a deliberately 'challenging challenge' for each one. You can save these and come back to them whenever you like.
  • Clarity First Facebook Group, including discussion threads and resources to help members become great communicators
